Product Description
Introduction
The rubber-roller is used for rice huller machine to remove husk.Two rubber rollers with same diameter are turning at different speeds. One roller has a fixed position and the other is adjustable to meet the desired clearance. The adjustable roller rotates slightly slower than the fixed roller. When the husk is removed,the aspirator will separate it from the brown rice.

1.Hardness 91~95 degrees; 2.Good heat and abrasion resistance;No deformation,soft, anti-tear at high-speed. 3.Strong bonding between rubber roller and drum; 4.Shelling efficiency up to 95%; 5.Non-toxic, no pollution to rice and bran 6.Reduce the breakage of rice. 7. Brown rice kernels are not scratched, higher quantity of bran.
