Product Usage
The continuous flow grain dryer, also known as a grain dryer tower, is designed for large scale grain processing, enabling efficient, low-temperature drying to ensure grain moisture content meets safe storage or processing standards. This industrial grain dryer offers a high capacity of up to 500 tons per day, making it ideal for grain processing equipment setups requiring a 100 TPD dryer or greater output.

Utilizing low-temperature mixed-flow drying technology, this automatic grain dryer ensures uniform heating and superior dried grain quality.
Supports eco-friendly operation by using husk, firewood, or straw as fuel. Employs indirect heating to eliminate pollution while incorporating dust removal.
Integrated with Grain Temperature Sensor, Fault Alarm, Full Load Buzzer, Over-temperature Alarm, and Thermal-over Relay. The entire drying process is fully automated, enhancing reliability in a modern grain dryer system.
The grain drying plant includes a hot air system, air supply system, feeding device, lifting device, grain drainage device, and dust removal system for comprehensive performance.
Working Principle
Fuels such as coal, rice husk, straw, wood, or biomass pellets are burned to generate clean hot air. After filtration, the hot air is drawn into the grain dryer tower in a spiral pattern via an induced draft fan. Grains instantly lose 95%-98% of moisture upon contact with the hot air stream, with drying completed within seconds. The dried output is continuously discharged via an LPG series high-speed centrifugal mechanism, while exhaust is evacuated by the fan.
