Introduction
Our 100 Tons fully automatic rice mill plant represents the pinnacle of efficiency and quality. Ideally crafted for large-scale farmers and major rice processing facilities aiming to produce superior white rice. Capable of delivering approximately 100 tons in a 24-hour cycle. For shorter cycles of 8 hours, the production ranges between 30 to 40 tons.In terms of paddy,the system handles around 120 to 150 tons per 24 hours,and manages 40 to 50 tons over an 8-hour period.
From the initial paddy feed to the final packing of white rice, the operation is fully automated. It boasts high output, excellent quality, enhanced efficiency, and a minimal broken rate. Remarkably, the entire process requires only 5 to 6 workers to oversee the operation of the entire plant.
