Product Description

The 20-30 tons per day rice milling line is suitable for small farms and small rice processing plants. The 200 tons per day rice milling line is ideal for large farms and large rice processing plants that require high output and premium quality.

For our 200TPD rice milling line, the output is 180-210 tons per 24 hours. If working only 8 hours, the output is 60-70 tons. 

Fully automatic from feeding to packing, it ensures high output, good quality, low broken rate, and low labor cost. Only 2-3 workers needed. Integrated with cleaner, destoner, huller, whitener, polisher, color sorter, and packing machine for a complete production line.

The complete rice mill plant normally includes below main machines:

• Rice Cleaner - Cleans the raw rice. Removes dirt, stones, and straw.

• Rice Huller - Removes the hard outer shell. Turns paddy into brown rice.

• Paddy Separator - Separates unmilled paddy from brown rice. Sends paddy back for re-hulling.

• Rice Whitener - Removes the brown bran layer. Makes the rice white and clean.

• Rice Grader - Sorts rice by size. Separates whole grains from broken ones.

• Mist Polisher - Adds a fine water mist. Makes the rice shiny and bright.

• Color Sorter - Uses cameras to scan each grain. Removes dark or defective ones.

• Packing Machine - Weighs the rice automatically. Seals it in bags for storage or shipping.

The configuration is fully customizable - customers can select or exclude specific components based on their production needs and investment budget.
