MLGQ pneumatic rice huller machine is mainly used to de-husk paddy and separate husk from the mixture of paddy and husk.It is an automatic air-pressure husker based on improvement of the feeding mechanism by pneumatic controlling system.

Working Principle & Function
The machine is utilized for husking paddy. The operational principle relies on a pair of rubber rollers that possess different linear speeds and rotate in opposite directions. These rollers perform the task of husking by squeezing, twisting, and tearing the grains. A pneumatic system is employed, in which an air cylinder is utilized to adjust the pressure exerted on the rollers through automatic detection. The rubber rollers are controlled accordingly. The speed conversion between the fast roller and the slow roller is accomplished via a gear box, facilitating ease of operation. Additionally, the separation of the mixture of grains and husks is achieved through a suction blower, which takes advantage of different suspension speeds.
