Product Usage
The rubber-roller is used for rice huller machine to remove husk.Two rubber rollers with same diameter are turning at different speeds. One roller has a fixed position and the other is adjustable to meet the desired clearance. The adjustable roller rotates slightly slower than the fixed roller. When the husk is removed,the aspirator will separate it from the brown rice. 

Product Advantage
1.The central part of roller is of cast iron core, aluminum core or steel pipe core according to your requirements.If no special requirement,it is normally iron core.
2.The material of rubber roller can be SBR (styrene butadiene rubber) , NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) or PU (polyurethane).
NBR and SBR are soft with shorter working life.The advantage of these rollers are with lower broken rice rate,and cheaper price.
PU is with hard surface.It can work longer time but the rice broken rate is some higher.
The most popular type is SBR at this moment.
The hardness of the outer layer of roller is 90 - 95 degrees, etc., You can choose the suitable rubber roller according to climate, type of rice and other needs.

SBR: Hot Area,150-250 tons ,Cold Area:300-500 tons
NBR: Hot Area,200-300 tons ,Cold Area:400-600 tons
PU: Hot Area,300-400 tons ,Cold Area:600-800 tons
